Yes. TalentUs calculates AFP, SFS, SRL, INFOTEP and ISR using the DGII scale, Christmas salary and Law 16-92 severance, and generates the TSS self-assessment file in SUIR format plus a verification report for the IR-3.
Yes. The TalentUs mobile app lets employees view and download payslips, request vacation, permissions, leave and employment letters, approve requests and receive push notifications, with fingerprint or face sign-in.
